Alvaro Uribe: Colombia's Leader

Leadership is a quality that some people have and a leader help to increase the harmony and security in the society. A good leader in a country tries to help community in all aspects: Economy, Education and health. For this reason, Alvaro Uribe is consider the best leader in the Colombian History because he is changing the Colombian environment positively.

In the Alvaro Uribe’s government, Colombia has improved in many ways: The unemployment has decrease in 15 percent because the jobs opportunities getting better and people can be prepare for a good jobs in the companies also, he has created small places where poor people can work. Besides, Alvaro Uribe helps in education because he gives a lot of money and instruments to schools and he build some houses for people that lost everything in natural disasters. In the other hand, Uribe is a tolerance person because when others governments insult him, he doesn`t fight back and he tries to be very peaceful and he doesn’t created wars with others countries for example Venezuela. Due to above, our president created may health programs, for example he installs some health centers in poor neighborhoods and it received money and tools from Alvaro Uribe’s government.

Nevertheless, few people say that Alvaro Uribe isn’t leader because they think that he’s a corrupt man and he wastes the Colombian money in guns for the war between Colombia and illegal groups. However, Alvaro Uribe has been the unique president in the history that had been winner twice in the president elections because most people think that he’s a excellent president.

Finally, Alvaro Uribe is a good leader because he helps Colombia society development with his actions and his changes in the country.

FREEDOMEECH IN EUROPE ( CLASS ASSIGMENT)

The freedom speech is a value that is known around the world and its use for the development of society. Europe’s population needs it to improve the human relationship.

Europe’s government said that the free speech can be expressed physical, political and religiously but it ca be use if it doesn’t offend other people. For this reason, all people can use any clothes if it covers their intimate parts because they can be absent to the respect some persons. Also, Europe`s inhabitants have political rights, in where they can choose their leaders and they most have privacy in their vote of election, in order to have the right to participate in political laws and they don’t fight with other people for injustice. Due to above, society could have expression religious and they have religious freedom and this allows that everybody show their religion interpretation and other people must respect them and their beliefs.

However, old people think that inhabitants pass the limits of liberty and they exaggerate in their actions because sometimes young people use clothes that doesn`t dignity and they disrespect society. For the other way, this people don`t understand why there are religious leaders that insult and attack other people because they aren`t like this leaders and occasionally people kill for religious beliefs. For all this, European elders said that free speech is an excuse change the world and they disagree because they think that Europe`s society don`t do anything and it doesn`t punished.

In conclusion, free speech is a value that is necessary in the society because it improve the tolerance in its, but this value should be practice without offend nobody and their beliefs because it decrease the human relationship and the harmony in the community.

VANUATU: Their national Identify and mystical beliefs

Vanuatu is a set of islands in Pacific Ocean, this archipelago is conformed by 83 islands in “ Y” forma. These country is known as a Eternal Land for their customs and cultures. But, their first characteristic is the people cultural identify and the way they show their life-style.


Vanuatu’s pristine population fell very proud of its customs and mysterious rituals, that’s why they promote their traditions between the tourist that visited them. They have a Pentecostes’ jump that if you are lucky enough of being in Vanuatu, you will have an unforgettable experience. On the other hand, the people of this country live in such a nice way that they transmitted the harmony to the foreings, for this reason, natives teach the real magic of the island: Happiness. Due to the above, in 2006 year these countries were declared as the happiest place in the world.


Also, when there is a huge tourist’s group in the island, the natives try to act what they think is the magic meaning. They do rituals where they dance and sing amazing songs and they do delightful sculptures for their ancestors’ spirits and they sell these sculptures to visitants and they can take a souvenir home. The Vanuatus’ inhabitant realice these rituals with foreings because they want to teach them about the impressive connection between the spirits and Vanuatu’s aborigine and in this way, show their culture to the world.


In addition, Vanuatu’s government is formed by tribues’ bosses forms each one 83 islands of the country and they have been concern to protect their precious customs, for this, they have created laws political tools, for example the native groups have all liberty to perform all their beliefs except the cannibalism (this exist until 1980). Into these politics methods have been search wonderful strategies in order to, since they are kids, the natives can continue the oral traditions and the natural customs would not extinguish by the external influences like christianism.


In conclusion, Vanuatu’s people are proud of their beliefs and they are no afraid of show them to the people that come for a trip. They use representations similar to an occidental play. Also, to protect this values, the government has created different laws to continue the tradition. For this reason, cultural identity of the Vanuatu’s people is an enormous and one of the principal characteristics of this country.
